Who Can Apply:

Erica P John Fund (EPJ Fund) is a Supporting Organization as defined by Section 509(a)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. As such, EPJ Fund can only provide financial support for EPJ Fund’s Primary Supported Organization or other organizations specifically listed in EPJ Funds’ Articles of Incorporation.

EPJ Fund’s primary supported organization is the Archdiocese of Milwaukee of the Roman Catholic Church, its programs and activities. Other Supported organizations include Catholic organizations associated with the Archdiocese of Milwaukee listed in the group exemption issued from time to time to the U.S. Catholic Conference. These other supported organizations must be listed in the Official Catholic Directory under the Archdiocese of Milwaukee as published annually by P. J. Kennedy & Sons.

Other supported organizations also include a small number of organizations specifically listed in EPJ Fund’s Articles of Incorporation. If your organization is not referenced here, you are not eligible to receive funding from EPJ Fund.

How to apply

If you are either the primary supported organization or one of the other supported organizations who either received funding or applied for funding in the past, please log into the Donee Portal using the credentials you have previously used. Follow the instructions on the portal to initiate your application. If you are having difficulty logging into your portal, please follow the following link to contact us for assistance.

If you have never applied to EPJ Fund and are unsure if your organization qualifies for funding from EPJ Fund, please follow the following link to submit an inquiry providing the following information:

• Organization name
• Key contact name
• Key contact email address
• Key contact phone number.
• If you are listed in the Official Catholic Directory, please include the page number that you are listed on.

Your inquiry will be reviewed and, if your organization is qualified to receive funding from EPJ Fund, you will receive an email with a link where you can enter the Donee Portal, set up your portal credentials and then initiate your application. If we determine that you do not qualify for funding, you will be informed of that as well.
